Who we are

Claros Marketing ("Claros"), 212 E 600 N, Lindon, UT 84042, provides marketing services to healthcare practices and a free practice visibility check at clarosmktg.com/audit.

What we collect for the free check

• The practice you search for and its public information: its Google listing, website, public social media pages and its public record in the national provider (NPI) registry.
• Your answers to the questions in the check (for example, whether you're taking new patients).
• If you ask for the full report: your email address and, if you give them, your name and role.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, to limit abuse. We don't store your IP address itself.
• Where you came from (for example, an ad), so we know which channels work.

We never ask for, collect or store patient information through the check.

How we use it

To run the check, send you the report you ask for, follow up with you about it, and improve the check. We don't sell your information.

Who processes it for us

Service providers that run parts of the check or our systems: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), DataForSEO (Google search and Maps data), ScrapeCreators (public social media data), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI answers and analysis), Google (website speed test) and Cloudflare (bot protection).

How long we keep it

We keep check results and contact details for up to two years, or until you ask us to delete them.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see or delete your information, reply to any Claros email or write to us at the address above.
